Nancy Pelosi completely humiliated herself in a recent speech, where she was seen slurring her words and failing to complete her sentences. After a video was posted to social media, conservatives pounced on the woke Democrat and mocked her for her poor performance.

As background, rumors have long swirled about Nancy Pelosi’s mental competence after videos surfaced that show the woke Democrat slurring her words and stumbling, which have led many critics to suspect a drinking problem or a serious medical issue.

Such was shown during Pelosi’s remarks on April 23, 2025, which were intended to address the cost-of-living crisis. She said, “This is a remarkable place. I hope you had a chance to see the force of it all. Small businesses like [these] Ukrainian[s] are the like blood of the American economy with great optimism, entrepreneurialism, and courage. It is a privilege to join so many small business owners and community leaders during this cost-of-living weekly in America.”

Continuing her inaudible speech, Pelosi said, “All over the country, House Democrats are having events with the community about bringing down the cost of living. That was something the former President promised in the campaign, because the exact opposite is happening now.”

In the comments under a segment of the speech posted to X, conservatives expressed their disgust with Pelosi. One such comment read, “A confused and disoriented Nancy Pelosi struggles through a slurred speech, unaware that her microphone is off. Staffers attempt to assist. This is why we need term limits.🤦‍♂️” Another user fired back, “erm limits wouldn’t necessarily solve this problem if she gets elected at 80 there should be 65 year old limit with forced retirement.”

Building on this point, many users mocked Pelosi for seeming to be drunk during the speech. A user said, “Sadly, for Democrats stuck now with Hakeem, Nancy Pelosi ran circles around him, even when she was tipsy.”  Another joked, “Term limits wouldn’t necessarily solve this problem. If she gets elected at 80, there should be a 65-year-old limit with forced retirement.” The last comment on this topic quipped, “That’s just acid reflux from her Bloody Mary mixer. A quick Merlot chaser is the fix for this hag.”

Slamming the Democrat for her destructive policies, one reply noted, “Nancy Pelosi has been in office for decades and the country has gotten worse. Her words are empty. She is just another Democrat parasite who got rich off the backs of the American taxpayers. What a grifter.” Another added, “Thank God that the days have passed where she led the Democratic house with an iron fist. They are rudderless now with no apparent leader. Thank God!”

Rounding out the responses, many commenters speculated about her mental state. One such comment wondered, “Pelosi’s getting her “mentally incompetent” defense ready for when she’s charged with high crimes and misdemeanors.” Another said, “Nancy Pelosi has turned down Joe Biden Avenue. A dead end road. Like him, she can’t/won’t come to grips with the path she is on.”
